Shipment
The artisan and custom production of our products can take between 3 and 5 business days, after which they are sent by certified mail, this period may be shorter if there is stock in stock.
The receipt of the shipment will depend on your location but as a guide, for shipments within the European Union it is estimated between 5 and 8 business days and for international shipments between 10 and 20 business days.
Once the shipment has been made and whenever possible, you will be informed of the times estimated by the postal company for delivery to the destination.
Likewise, the tracking number provided by the postal company will be sent to you by email.
Sender
S'ona is based on the island of Mallorca, Spain, and all shipments are made from this location.
Customs
International orders may incur additional customs fees. This rate is not under our control, and is the decision of your customs agency. Customs policies vary between countries, so we recommend you contact your local authorities to clarify this point.
If you do not receive the order within the stipulated deadlines.
Before contacting us, please follow these steps:
- Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
- Follow up and check the status of the shipment online according to the tracking code that we sent you.
If the delivery address is correct and the package is not at the post office, please contact us at info@sonamadera.com with the order number and the tracking code that we previously sent you.
If there was an error in the shipping address provided by you, and the package was returned by the carrier, we could send your product again, but you will have to bear the new shipping costs.
Follow-up
We make our shipments by certified mail, once dispatched you will receive an email with the data for tracking.

Wrong or damaged product
If the product has arrived damaged or wrong, send us an email to info@sonamadera.com within a week from the moment of delivery, with photos of the product, the order number and any other details you have.
We will contact you with a solution.
