That the product suffered damage inherent to manufacturing, provided that it was within the warranty period and that it had been used appropriately, as specified in each case.

Changes
Product changes will only be made by size, material, model, only when it does not fit the parameters of your purchase.
It is not common for this to happen, but it can happen that there is an error in the labeling of a product. If that were the case, contact us at info@sonamadera.com within a week from the time of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.
